Travel & Lodging Policy

We love traveling to bring the music to you! To keep things simple and fair, we’ve designed our travel policy to be as transparent as possible:

  • Standard Travel (60 Miles): For our Party Starter and Select packages, travel is included at no extra cost for any location within 60 miles of Tacoma or Seattle (calculated from whichever city is closer to your venue).
  • Wedding Package Bonus (80 Miles): We know wedding planning involves a lot of moving parts, so we include 80 miles of travel for all Wedding Package bookings to give you a bit more flexibility.
  • Beyond the Included Miles: For locations outside your package’s included radius, a travel fee of $1.00 per mile will apply.
  • Over 130 Miles (Lodging): For the safety of our team, if your event is more than 130 miles away, a one-night hotel stay is required. Due to our crew size and the need to keep our equipment secure, this consists of two separate hotel rooms.

Transparent Pricing on Lodging

To ensure you get the best value, we offer two ways to handle the stay:

  1. Book for Us: You are welcome to arrange and pay for our accommodations (2 rooms) directly. This is a great way to save on costs or utilize your own travel rewards and points.
  2. We Book for You: We can handle the booking and add the cost to your invoice. The fee is based on current market rates for the specific city—we do not profit from this. You simply pay what the hotel charges.
