1. OVERVIEW & SCOPEThis website is operated by JP Northwest Entertainment. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to JP Northwest Entertainment. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site or booking a service, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content.

2. PROFESSIONAL SERVICE BOOKINGSUnlike an online retail store, our business is service-based. To officially reserve a date on our calendar, we require a "Complete Booking," which is defined as:

  • A signed Service Contract.
  • A generated Invoice.
  • A paid 50% non-refundable deposit.

We do not "hold" dates based on inquiries or verbal agreements. Dates are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and remain open to other inquiries until the three requirements above are met.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICYBecause we turn down other work once your date is secured, the following cancellation schedule applies:

  • 60 Days or More Before Event: If you cancel at least 60 days prior to the event, the remaining balance is waived. However, the 50% deposit remains non-refundable and is retained as a cancellation fee.
  • Less Than 60 Days Before Event: If you cancel within 60 days of the event, the full contract balance is due immediately.
  • Service Refunds: We do not offer refunds once a service has been performed. If you have concerns regarding your event, they must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the event conclusion.

4. VENDOR TERMINATION & SAFETY

  • Safety: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately, without refund, if the environment becomes unsafe or if our equipment is at risk of damage due to guest behavior, lack of crowd control, or extreme weather (for outdoor events without adequate overhead cover).
  • Emergencies: In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to an extreme emergency or "Act of God," we will provide a 100% refund of all payments made, including the deposit, and will make a good-faith effort to help you secure a replacement DJ.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYAll content on this website—including images of our setups, logos, text, and audio-visual materials—is the exclusive property of JP Northwest Entertainment. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of our content without express written permission.

6. ACCURACY OF BILLINGYou agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact and billing information for all bookings. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent or provide inaccurate information.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLSOur site may include links to third-party tools (like Bark, Google or Social Media). we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party materials. Any use of these tools is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYJP Northwest Entertainment does not warrant that our website or service will be 100% uninterrupted or error-free. In no case shall we be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind—including lost profits or savings—arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the service provided.

9. INDEMNIFICATIONYou agree to indemnify and hold JP Northwest Entertainment harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law during the course of an event.

10. GOVERNING LAWThese Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.
