Refund Policy

Booking DepositsTo officially reserve your event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required. This deposit secures our services for your specific date. Because we turn down all other inquiries for your date once booked, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Client Cancellation PolicyIf you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

  • Cancellations 60 Days or More Before the Event: The event will be cancelled and you will not be responsible for the remaining balance. The initial 50% deposit will be retained and is not refundable.
  • Cancellations Less Than 60 Days Before the Event: Because it is difficult to rebook a date on short notice, the full contract balance is due and must be paid in full at the time of cancellation.

Vendor Termination (Our Policy)

  • Force Majeure & Emergencies: In the highly unlikely event that we must terminate this agreement due to illness, emergency, or 'acts of God,' we will provide a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit. We will also make every effort to help you find a qualified replacement DJ.
  • Safe Environment: We reserve the right to terminate our services immediately if the environment becomes unsafe, or if equipment is at risk of damage due to guest behavior or extreme weather (for outdoor events without proper cover). In these specific cases, no refund will be issued.

ReschedulingIf you need to move your date, we will do our best to accommodate the change based on our availability. A rescheduling fee may apply, and a new contract will be required to secure the new date.

Refunds on ServicesOur fees cover time, preparation, and live performance. We do not offer refunds once the service has been performed.
